Baby bump on right side in the morning

Hey! I’m 10 weeks and 5 days. I usually sleep on my right side. This morning I woke up on my right side, rolled onto my back and felt my little bump was on my right side instead of the middle like it usually is! It wasn’t hurting or anything, so I added a small amount of pressure to try to figure out what was happening and I guess the pressure made my bump (or whatever it was!) scoot back over to the middle. I haven’t had any pain or spotting since, it didn’t hurt when it happened but obviously felt weird. Has that happened to anyone? Any ideas as to what it was? The actually baby is too small to feel, so was it my whole uterus and everything??
