I know all babies walk at different rates but I’m getting so frustrated and need to vent. I’m tired of carrying my 24 lb son around and not being able to go anywhere without a stroller or having to hold his hands as he walks slowly somewhere. I feel like once they start walking you get some freedom back but I’m still stuck in baby land where he’s too heavy to carry for long but still not mobile and insists on crawling. We can’t do playground, backyard (he scrapes his hands on the sidewalk while crawling), etc. I just want to feel like I have a toddler already. Ugh.
