TTC nerves

Hello all! First time poster here ☺️This month during ovulation we officially started trying! It’s a first for both and while we are beyond excited I’m feeling nervous. It may sound silly but now that it’s ‘for all the marbles’ and it’s game time is there anything I should do after intercourse? Should I lay in bed for a bit? Get up, move? Put my legs up lol 😅

The morning after intercourse I woke up with cramps, does that even mean anything as far as implantation? Lol as y’all can see I’m a hot mess! Any words of advice are greatly appreciated and welcomed! Thank y’all in advance!
