What are the tips you use to spend less on pad during your period?

I have tried to calculate the amount I spend for pads every month for just a year hmmmmmmm, I came to discover I got a good capital for business.

I bought a couple of pairs in my local Tesco shop and see the days when your unsure if your period will come these are amazing, days when you think your period has ended but you get an extra drip or two, these are amazing! Just stick them in the wash when your done, I pair them with a period cup, it’s expensive to buy in the beginning but in the long run I haven’t had to buy anything else in 4 months

I stock up when my pads and liners go on sale. It isn’t often but it happens. I also have started trying the disks which ends up being about the same or cheaper for me. It would have been a lot cheaper had I shopped around though.

Try switching to reusable pads. I paid about £22 for a set of 6, then added three more for £12. Been using them since 2012. Just make sure you get a good washing routine going. The easiest I've found was to rinse them out properly with COLD water, then pop them in the wash with the other stuff.

I just started wearing bigger pads.
I buy a new box every season.
So that's 4 boxes a year.
Or you could just switch to cups or reusable pads.(They cost too much for me and the special washing routine would annoy TF OUTTA ME.)

I got 2 cups in a buy one, get one free sale for like $30 back in 2018. 
I still like to wear pantyliners sometimes on my heaviest days and at night, so I only buy a box every 5 or 6 months or so.
But other than that I haven't spent anything on period products in 3 years.
