Taking cara babies?

Hi ladies,
We have been struggling with sleep over here, girlie has not been a good sleeper since the 4 month sleep regression 🙃
I wanted to see who here has taken the taking cara babies sleep course and if you think it was worth it, or if I should just follow the Ferber method?? I just want to make sure it is worth the money, it is not cheap 🥴

I think babysleep.answers on Instagram is a bit more affordable and does a personalized sleep plan. I honestly learned pretty much everything I needed to sleep train both my kids through just her Instagram and blog posts.

Her program was a life saver for us. If you don’t want to pay, you could also use her tips on Instagram/her blog then use the Ferber method. Personally though I needed all her tips and info because sleep training was so emotionally hard for me. The result though is that everyone in the house is so much happier

DEF worth it.. i did the newborn package before my baby was born and hes been sleeping great since about 2-3 months! If you cant afford it, follow her! Go thru and watch every one of her stories.. will DEF help!!

We have purchased all her classes and worth every penny in my option! The 4 month regression hit us hard and we did the abcs of the sleep class of hers at 5 months and changed our lives! He has slept the entire night since then and it was life changing!!

I didn’t take her class, but I read every bit of info she provided on her website and insta page - and both my babies are GREAT sleepers thanks to her advice!! I would make sure you’ve read all her stuff before you consider buying the package
