This was a transvaginal ultrasound at approximately 7 weeks. Baby is clearly in the center. Any idea what is up to the right? Is this an ovary? Just trying to get an idea of what I'm looking at as it looks so different than my daughter's early ultrasound. TIA

Edit: for clarity, I don't mean baby and yolk sac inside the "heart shaped" sac, I mean diagonally toward the upper right corner outside of the "heart shape"
