Miscarriage vs Subchorionic Hematoma

For anyone that has had both a miscarriage and hematoma, please help me! I had very light cramping yesterday at 6w2d, a half dollar sized clot, and then have had bright red blood with several tiny tiny clots. I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon but I’ve convinced myself that this could just be a hematoma. I’m having no more cramps, just heavy bleeding with minimal clots.
