Caroline Jeanette is here!! đź’—
my birth didn’t go as planned, at ALL! but I would do it 100000x over just for our princess 💗. I was induced April 14th at 37 weeks due to gestational hypertension, starting at 5pm with the bulb! started pictocin at 12am, the bulb fell out at 2am, water was broke at 8am.. I got my first epidural at about 9am, & was still only 4cm, by 2pm the epidural wasn’t working anymore, so they tried a stronger medicine, it halfway worked for a while & I was 5cm by 7pm. then the medicine just stopped working all together, so they decided to redo my epidural, after being stuck 4 times to get the epidural right, the anesthesiologist told me “you have scoliosis, so I can’t guarantee that this will work” he was right, I was in so much pain, had severe pressure in my pelvis, I was screaming for HOURS, so out of it i don’t really remember much during that time, my blood pressure was way too high, so the dr came in to check me at 10:30, & I was rushed to have a csection, baby girl had her neck up, so she was stuck, they put me to sleep since the epidural wasn’t working, & Caroline Jeanette was born at 11:10 pm on April 15th! weighing 6lbs 6oz, 19 inches long! we are so in love & I would definitely do it all over again for her!
here is her & her daddy, I was still under so he got to be the first to hold her! he knew I wanted to watch her be born so bad that he recorded the moment she was born đź’— I love this man!
the first time we met 🥰 I was so emotional to finally meet my miracle baby after being told I would never have kids due to pcos & endometriosis!
