I am in a really weird position right now in my ttc journey where I am hoping to get my period ASAP. I work for a school in michigan as a school psychologist and we just announced that we are returning to virtual instruction for 2 weeks starting Thursday. As a school psych, that means I have little to do other than report writing and attending zoom meetings here and there during virtual times.

Anyway, my period is due in about 12 days. During this current cycle, I had a HSG and learned I have a uterine septum. I am planning on having it removed, but that procedure is best done right after your period ends, hence the reason I am waiting for my period. This virtual instruction is scheduled to end in 16 days, so...if I can get and complete my period in the next 15-16 days, I can schedule the procedure for the last day of virtual instruction, work longer on the other days of the week and not have to use one of my sick days.

It just feels odd to be wanting my period for a change.
