A level of 3 or above shows ovulation did occur. Doctors like to see levels between 10-15 on a medicated cycle. Anything below 10 is considered “low” Progesterone is very important, a level of 3 is very low. I would ask about progesterone supplements. Was your bloodwork on 7 dpo?

Its technically considered low. My doctor likes to see it at least 10 but I guess that's a question to ask them. My progesterone was 20 on cd21.
