Can’t pee after c-section!

Help! I had my c-section this morning and my nurse removed my foley a few hours ago, but I can’t make myself pee! I feel like I need to go, but when I sit nothing comes out. Anyone else go through this? What helped? I’m drinking loads of cranberry juice. 🥺

Update: success! Thank you ladies for your input! I tried blowing bubbles, peri bottle, running the shower, ice between my legs, and walking, but they eventually had to drain my bladder with another catheter because it was completely full 😩 After it was drained I was magically able to go on my own after an hour and haven’t had trouble since! Yay lol it’s the little things in life!
