I need help!!

Is this even possible?? My last period start date was on March 23rd and I started bleeding/spotting on April 20th. I had unprotected sex on April 3rd and April 13th my period is due on April 22nd. Is it possible it’s implantation bleeding that started on the 20th? My calculator online says I can test positive 93% tomorrow. Please tell me this is possible ?
