The unknown is scary

So me and my bf haven’t been “trying” officially for very long (few weeks) but I’ve been off of any birth control for about 3 years maybe? Being a mother is all I’ve ever wanted. Anyway we had a lot of sex during my ovulation days stated on this app, all my ovulation strips I have done have basically said no like I’m not ovulating on the dates that coincide with my app dates? Except one that looked like a faint second line. Today I’ve been having little twinge’s and feel like I’m slightly dribbling every now and again like really wattery cm, any thoughts? I don’t usually get cm like that
