I use it. I like it, but I think you should not rely solely on it. Learn the method behind it first. You can honestly practice fertility awareness without the app. Using the app though, can level you up in the app so that you get it free. I use it for extra security on red and green days. I recommend reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. A free charting app I really like is kindara, and that’s the chart I use alongside the NC one. I can list more symptoms on kindara.
