41 and trying for 3 years...

So our 3 year wedding Anniversary was the day

My period was due. I had been having waves of nausea but it’s nothing I hadn’t felt before and we had never gotten a positive. Just for the heck of it, I took a test when I woke the day before my period was due just so we could get it out of the way and not be heartbroken again on our anniversary. To my surprise it was positive. I took 2 more tests and also positive. We had 6 failed

IUI

’s prior to this and have never gotten a positive result in the last 3 years! I am in disbelief and can’t believe it’s true. I called my fertility specialists to tell her that I took 3 pregnancy tests and they were positive so she asked me to go get the HCG quantitative beta done alone with progesterone. The day before my period was due my Hcg was 86. Does that seem low to you all? I am waiting now on the 48 hours later one and am so nervous. Any positive thoughts that could help with my nerves?
