Postpartum weight loss 🙆🏼‍♀️👶🏻

Any tips? I’m trying to start off walking 10,000 steps a day. Just hard finding new routes in a small town so it isn’t boring and repetitive. It’s just me and my son so I don’t have anyone to help look after him whilst I go to the gym.

I already drink 4 litres of water a day, I don’t really eat before 10am and stop eating around 6pm (I used to intermittent fast, so I’m going to start incorporating that again)

I’m starting to get quite a lot of back pain carrying him around, would yoga help?
