Shoulder pain?

I’m feeling a little bit nervous because I’m having some slight shoulder pain near my clavicle on my left side. I know that at times it can be a sign of miscarriage but it can also be signs of just...pregnancy. I have had some cramping with no bleeding. I’ve kind of been realizing that the cramping is around when I need to have a bowel movement so not sure if those are related￼. Had my HCG blood work and 24,414 is what I was reading

I’m in the hospital recovering postpartum and I’ve been having weird shoulder pains too. My dr said it’s probably trapped air/gas. If you’re early on in your pregnancy you may be bloated so that’s a very likely cause. It’s still a good thing to mention to your dr though. Good luck!
