Obviously at this point we all know that if your body/baby isn’t ready, there isn’t much you can do.

But if you’re looking for natural ways to get things going, I HIGHLY recommend the Miles Circuit! I just searched it on YouTube and followed the video.

Tuesday afternoon I was at 2 cm and 70% effaced but baby was posterior, face up. I got a sweep done. Wednesday I did the Miles Circuit from 12:30-2. Contractions started at 8:30, was admitted to the hospital at 11:30, baby was born at 1:12am with only 4 minutes of pushing! She was in optimal position with her head down and came out perfectly.

It’s definitely worth a shot because I truly believe it helped her get into the perfect position in my pelvis and kickstart labor!
