Has anyone’s child gotten Covid because Their parents got it?

I feel like my 3&4 year old are getting sick, me and my husband have Covid, apparently we were exposed to it around April 6 but our symptoms just started coming a few days ago and now I see my little one sneezing and having a runny nose she also seems feverish but isn’t letting me check. And she keeps going in her room and laying in her bed with her blanket and doesn’t want to leave like her body is tired.

I don’t want to stress so much as I’m already dealing with Covid and nearing the end of a high risk pregnancy myself but should I be worried?

What should I give them? I feel so helpless . I can barely take care of myself and now my poor babies seem to be getting sick too :(
