Pain while sneezing?

I cannot be the only one. I just cried because my lower abdomen hurt so badly when I sneezed. I knew it was going to happen too because I wasn’t in the correct “position.” Usually when I feel a sneeze coming on, I try to curl over as best I can so I don’t pull my lower stomach.  I’m only 13.5 weeks. But I do seem to remember this happening for my entire first pregnancy as well.  Does anyone else experience this?

Yes ugh it’s awful!! Same when I move wrong. I’m seriously considering buying a belly band just for this reason and I’m only 12+5.

I literally googled this yesterday lol I was coughing yesterday morning and had sharp pains in my right side and really crampy for about 25 mins and was so worried . I’m only 5 and a half weeks along .

Me everyday and just today i peed in my pants haha... i sneeze a lot...

Yep! I have that and the other day I laughed while laying down in a weird position and it hurt my lower belly so bad I thought I pulled a muscle!
