TMI: Is this an STD?

Hi all,

So I have had protected sex with a few partners as well as unprotected-oral sex in the past. I sometimes get hard inflamed big bumps that are skin colored and recently I got this that was weirdly not skin colored. I haven't had sex in a while, not since before the pandemic. Is this something I need to worry about? I keep wondering if these bumps I get are a result of shaving, chafing, sweating, or if they are STDs. I've looked up STDs in the past and I've never had anything that looks like that. Please don't judge, I've never had a pap smear either because the whole thought of it gives me a lot of anxiety and seems like it would be traumatizing for that much invasion of privacy. Thanks in advance. EDIT: This is on the inside of my thigh btw. My thighs are really big so they tend to rub against one another a lot.
