I have these cramps every now and then like menstual cramps. im 4 weeks now.
is this normal?

It is definitely normal in most women. Normal cramping is a sign of your uterus stretching to make room for the baby. If the cramping is too bad I would talk to your dr to be sure it's nothing to worry about.

I'm 3 weeks and I'm getting them bad :( feels like I should be expecting a period soon lol. My sisters also getting them and is 5 weeks

It's totally normal- cramps, twinges, pulls, electric shock feelings (even in vagina) all are expected and something to look forward to right!!? !! ? don't take anything for them medication wise, only paracetamol. Your a big girl now- and you've got a baby to think about. Gl. ?
