I had a mc almost 3 years ago been trying for around a year and half my periods have been very regular for past 8 months now I'm 2 weeks late and started spotting yesterday and now today I'm cramping and bleeding alil bit a few small clots the last time this happened I had my mc a week later I need advice I never got a positive last time so I was waiting to test idk if I want to know if I am now :(
