Stage 3 endometriosis

Today I had my 2week post op appointment and didn’t hear exactly what I wanted to. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to get all of it because of where it was located but did say I’m stage 3. My left tube had some scarred tissue and was stuck to something(I don’t remember what) but she fixed it. My right tube doesn’t work at all, and we don’t know why. Plus a whole bunch of other stuff. We’ve been trying for 4 years and I’m mad at myself , I feel like my body has let me down.
