Help prepping for MIL & GM!!

Hi!! My mother in law (fully vaccinated) will be driving from NY to KS the second she finds out I’m in labor in July. My 10 months olds god mother will be watching him until my MIL gets here. I’m trying to think of ways to be sure both my MIL and babies GM will be as prepared as possible. Here’s what I’m thinking so far but I’m wondering if there’s anything I’m going overboard with or anything I’m missing?

Guest room cleared out

Guest bath stocked (towels, shower essentials etc.)

Air mattress out

10 month old’s schedule

Washed bottles

Cats feeding schedule

How to change the water cooler (if needed)

I feel like there are very obvious things in forgetting??
