I have a dream that I walk out onto my front porch because a bad gut feeling drew me out there and find a girl in a grey dress standing there. It’s a lightning storm outside and she had been struck and smoke was coming from her hands. The stillness of her is really dream like. The moment I walk towards her she drops so I drag her inside to my house, outside of the storm and I’m doing CPR on her. The feeling of her body? She was stiff. Doing CPR on her felt like doing CPR on a corpse. Her chest was hard, and pushing air into her lungs felt like shoving a cardboard box or something. She’s pale as a ghost and cold. It disturbed me because it didn’t make sense.

I continue CPR and I stop because I realize that she’s smiling at me. Her face is moving.. and she’s smiling as if my efforts of trying to save her are hilarious.

She has no pulse, she’s stiff as a board as if she’s been dead for hours, and she’s not breathing other than the oxygen I am forcing down her throat. It bothered me so much because I had been giving mouth to mouth. When I saw her smile I realized that whatever this bitch was, she wasn’t human and I got THAT close to her. She also had a black mouth, as if the inside of her mouth and tongue had been burned shit. Her teeth were black too. Whole mouth black as coal. When I did mouth to mouth on her, I didn’t see that. Or smell it? It wasn’t there until she smiled.

So I back up, and everything goes white and thunder claps and I wake up. I keep having this dream over and over.

What do you think this dream means?

I dream this every night. Some of the dreams include her coughing up dirt. To add: the coughing up of dirt only happens because I’m basically beating her to life with CPR.

The comments on this post make so much sense.. I believe some dreams are just dreams.. I mean I highly doubt dreams about giant donuts MEAN something.

But I feel like dreams like this have a meaning, I think it’s your psyche trying to tell you something. I’ve read studies talking about how your dreaming mind can be a reflection of your waking mind. The brain is extremely powerful, and i truly believe that your brain can sit there and try to warn you of things that your waking mind is not catching onto. I also believe in intuition.

I couldn’t make sense of this, I was like.. am I going to die by lightning strike?

But what this commenter says fits a situation I am in so well that my heart started racing because if you knew my situation so much more of this dream and this commenters interpretation would make sense.
