Hey! I am a first time cup user and have been wanting to switch because tampons create so much waste! I am a virgin but can easily get a tampon in. The cups I have mainly been looking at is the Lena cup, the Saalt cup, and the Flex cup (because it is supposedly like removing a tampon). Should I choose one over the others? Or do you have other recommendations for cups to use? Also I’m not sure of the height of my cervix when I’m on my period so if y’all know some that would work for different heights that would be great! Thanks! :)
