Could I have ovulated early?

I'm thinking I could have ovulated early. Is it possible to ovulate a few days after your period? I have another application that says I ovulated days after my period, but glow says today is my peak day. I'm going to do the BD today, just in case. But I feel like I've already ovulated. I had pelvic cramps multiple days in a row after a BD. And today I'm exhausted and my chest hurts. Not my breasts. It is weird. I've been exercising, and eating a bit better. Could that effect my ovulation?
