Trigger shot
Hello everyone! Just got the news that I will be triggering tonight and ER will be Tuesday Morning! I have to inject intramuscularly. My husband may or may not be available depending if he can step away from work. Any tips for injecting yourself back there or tips in general for that big needle 👀👀
