So I was hoping y’all could help with this ..

I move next month so trying not to spend to much fixing this ac but yesterday it got up to 92 not even peak summer weather in tx , but my ac not working good at all we had to move the air down to 60 degrees and 12 hours later the inside temp went from 80 to 75 but the air is on I can feel it blow from the vents but it’s likes blowing warmish air out not cold air ? So what can I do to keep it from getting so hot in here ? I literally went outside and it was more bearable out there then in my apartment , and also I can’t call my landlord cuz I rescued a puppy and they’ll evicted me or charge me 800$ extra on rent so I’m trying to just make it till I get into my house next month .
