Hospital bed pain 🏨🛌
My butt is so stiff from staying in a hospital bed for almost 4 days. I can't move that easily and I've been at home for 10 days now. Is there some thing to do about this? I'm still very swollen from natural birth. I walk around but I can't over do it.
