What prenatal do you take with DHA?

I’ve been using nature made with DHA but for some reason something happened with their pills and now their just SUPER Fishy and I can’t deal any longer. What does everyone else take with DHA? I’m interested in gummies or pills

I take Vitafusion prenatal gummies with DHA. I also take a liquid iron supplement from Whole Foods to make up for the iron since they don’t have iron. The gummies are yummy and my docs never had an issue with me taking them as long as I took my iron supplement 💜

If you don’t want fishy vitamins you’ll need to look into a vegan/vegetarian DHA. Most standard DHA supplements are just fish oil. 
I don’t take a prenatal with DHA (too expensive). It’s cheaper to get a standard prenatal and to take fish oil.

I take the equate prenatals from Walmart. It’s 2 pills, the regular prenatal and a dha one. No fishy taste at all. I’ve been taking them for several years

Also, most fish oils don't tell you what type of fish is in them so they can be higher in mercury, so be aware of that as well.

Just an FYI gummies don’t contain iron. I prefer honest brand or rainbow light duo
