Going through a MC

Tonight I'm going through my second MS within the past 3 months. We are sad and disappointed. My SO will check himself because he's convinced he's the problem. I'm remaining optimistic that will get a successful pregnancy eventually. However, are the chances slim as the MS numbers increase?
