Poop question 💩

Sooo today I pooped twice. First time it looked like black oil spots on the water surface and the second time were orange oil spots all over the top of the toilet water.

I have never experienced this, called doctor because I was concerned after googling it but doctor just said it was weird and keep an eye on it.

My stomach hasn’t been feeling well at all today. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if I should get a second opinion.

My concern is that it could be a bacterial infection or my body isn’t taking in any nutrients like it’s supposed to which I think would effect baby
