Dates not adding up

Hi all. I'm so worried had a miscarriage in October, I only got my first period after miscarriage end of jan/Feb for a few days not heavy. Hcg took 14 weeks to fall as I was getting blood work done every week I was 9 weeks. So my next period was the 10 march very light spotting pink/red for 10 day. Got my first ovulation test postive on the 1st of April. So I am here today so worried I went in to A and e last week with pain on lower right side tummy. Comes and goes. They done bloods monday 96,Wednesday 167,Friday 317, Monday yesterday 737. So they scan me nothing to be seen. Doctor says it looks like I'm probably going to miscarry again. I'm so worried. Anyone the same. Ó ya so they putting me near 7 weeks but with my period not regular. I say I'm only 5 from ovulation date. Help would be great. Sorry for long post
