Or is it really my period? Hi everyone, I’ve never experienced a miscarriage before.

I was 4 days late on my period until yesterday I started bleeding nothing out of the ordinary but today I’m having severe pain in my stomach. I’d say a 7- pain. Kinda like bathroom but very strong pain where it’s giving me chills. I’m not one to get cramps or if I do they’re very mild.

I get this pain on and off, please help. How would I know?

Also, yesterday when I started I first passed like a clump and then bleeding I’m not sure but this pain is pretty bad

Edit- is there anything I can take? I’ve never experienced pain like this before.. and it’s too
