Pregnancy pillows.. are they worth it?

I am 18 weeks tomorrow and sleeping has become an issue.. is a pregnancy pillow worth it? Thoughts? Thanks ladies! 🤗

I prefer just a body pillow vs. the pregnancy pillow.  The pregnancy pillow made my shoulders and neck hurt.  It was just too much.  I was so excited for it and then hated it hahahahah.  Just another example of how different we all are.

I loved it with my 1st. I just use a body pillow now with my 2nd. Mainly because my daughter sleeps with us. Might have to use in 3rd trimester though.

Depends if you have back problems to begin with. I tried a pregnancy pillow for sleeping and it made everything in my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, and hips go out of place. My chiropractor told me to stop using it completely. If you have issues with you back, neck, or hips, i would make sure you talk with your doctor before using it, and keep them updated on anything after the start of using it.
