I just joined martial arts (kickboxing) for fun & to relieve stress off of not becoming pregnat after 3 months & some here & there couple problems would so much working out increase or decrease my chances?

The key word is moderate. Moderate exercise increases fertility. Heavy exercise can decrease fertility. You can tell if you are exercising too much if your periods have become less regular. Have yours?

I've heard exercise increases fertility! I started exercising again after my sister urged me to, citing many of her friends got pregnant after doing so. Good luck!
