Am I wrong not to clean my roommates dishes?

My roommate is super lazy and when she's done cooking she'll leave her dishes in the sink for DAYS. She doesn't work so I don't feel the need to clean them because there's no excuse but to clean them. Even though the mess gets to me, I decide not to. But when I cook, I'll just clean my things and just leave hers there. Am I wrong for this petty behavior? Lol

It depends on what your agreement is for sharing tasks. Like if she just really hates doing dishes for some reason, you could compromise with her doing all the bathroom cleaning in exchange for you covering them etc. If she’s doing zero to contribute that’s a bigger issue. 
Either way you two need to sit down and talk to each other, then come with a plan.

If you’re going to stay roommates, you should really have a serious discussion about expectations for things like this. If she can’t bother to wash her own dishes, then she should get paper plates and plastic ware. I’m not even going to lie, I despise doing dishes, so if I can avoid them, I will. But as an adult, I wouldn’t expect my roommate to wash my dishes for me.

Nope y’all are roommates and everyone is supposed to do chores. If you choose to clean everything that is a nice gesture. Not a requirement.

If it's occasional, I wouldn't mind doing it. I would say something if it becomes a habit. Say something before it gets heated. 
My husband, long before we ever met, had 2 roommates that never did their dishes like that. One day he was tired of it and just threw all the dirty dishes away. Not sure what your relationship is with your roommate,  so I wouldn't suggest doing this. Lol His roommates were life long friends who he is still friends with 20+ yrs later.

I personally think it’s shitty on your part. I’d never agree to move in with someone without understanding the give and take of cohabitating. You shouldn’t be washing your dishes alone, especially if she cooks for everyone (as you implied). It’s selfish and nasty. 🤷🏼‍♀️
That being said, I’d never live with someone who doesn’t pull their own weight or contribute equally to the household so you’re both wrong imo.

No. Our roommates will leave dishes in the sink for days. We just do them because our roommate’s husband is a lazy man that claims he doesn’t know where stuff goes and she’s mostly taking care of her newborn. The only thing we will not touch is the living room since we are mostly in our room due to them having their crap everywhere and their cats’ litter box in the living room too.
