So I have worked for a small company for 4 years. I am close with the owners. I'm very good friends with one of their wives. I have unfortunately been quite sick. I have been in late once and missed 2 days. I try my best to work and focus through work. I thought I was doing pretty good. Well I was sent home for being sick Tuesday. I was vomiting quite a bit. In the bathroom each time. When I returned today I was told by a coworker that he thinks they are going to send me home everytime I'm sick. Well I made it through only being sick 3 times today. My boss asked me if there is anything I can do about it. Like getting medicine from my doctor. I'm on my 3rd medicine for acid reflux, what I think is the main cause. But nothing is helping it. I don't really want to take zofran for nausea as I know my doctor will prescribe. My boss says it's unfair to other employees to hear as the office is small. It's so upsetting because I'm trying my best. Just needed to vent 😕
