What can I do?

My baby is 9 days old and is having the hardest time pooping. She went 2-3 days without pooping and now She literally screams when she try’s to poop. This has happened 3 times. I Bicycle her legs witch help a little but I feel so bad for her. The last 2 feedings she’s tried to go but just a little hard ball has came out. She’s formula feed. Do I need to call her doctor once they open?
