If membrane sweep worked for you what did you do afterwards?

Just got one this morning! Should I stay active? Bounce on ball or have sex? Please let me know I’m desperate 😭

I was at a 2 and 70% had my sweep done at 3:30ish pm. I walked a hill up and down a few times that night, the next morning I walked a trail with my toddler, did the Miles Circuit, and took a nap! First contraction was 8:30pm, checked into hospital at 11pm at 5 cm, and had my baby at 1:12am.

Did some walking and bounced a ton on a ball! I got it done on a Thursday morning and went into labor Saturday afternoon.

Worked for me. FTM after I bounced, walked a ton, had set, qnd cleaned the whole house. Contractions were growing and ultimately my water broke. Good luck!

I had a sweep done at 37 weeks 2 days. I walked a ton like 20,000 steps, ate spicy food each day. I had sex once. Water broke at 37 weeks 5 days.

2cm when I got mine. I had light cramping all day after. Did my usual daily’s. Cleaning up, walking around, etc. nothing special. it wasn’t until late that night I started getting contractions coming every 3-5 minutes. Got sent home when we went to the hospital though because I hadn’t dilated since my appointment. Ended up laboring at home majority of the time and was back at the hospital at 1pm the next day at 6cm and baby came at 6pm. Once contractions started, walking around the house got them coming faster and stronger.
