Hey guys so I went to my ultrasound apt today and they are sending me for hcg testing. There was no baby and no yoke sac in the gestational sac so they think it either is a miscarriage or I am due much later than we thought. Like a whole month later. My Obgyn said my gestational sac is measuring at about 5 weeks pregnant. I got my lab results back already from today’s test and it said about 6600 hcg. I have been spotting/lightly bleeding for 9 days. Anyone else experienced anything like this?

When I got a positive test, it was vvvvv faint after my estimated missed period, so I guess it’s possible I was just 1 week pregnant when I got a positive.... anyone have any words of encouragement for me? I am trying to stay calm and hope for the best while preparing for the worst.
