Is VD ok for initials?

I love the name Vivian (vivi) but our last name stars with D so her initials would be VD. Do you think that will be an issue or would people not even make that connection anymore.
Edit: lol I was not thinking vaginal discharge 😂 but now?? Haha but VD (Venerial disease) was another term for STDs... not so common anymore and it makes me feel better that some of you don’t even know lol
