Belly flutters??
This is definitely NOT the baby as I'm 5 weeks +2 days pregnant. Although I've had numerous of flutters in my stomach, quite high up and low. It's like a tingly sensation like pins and needles in my stomach.
I didn't have this with my first!!! I don't think its gas?
