Bumps on arm

I know it’s hard to see but I have these small bumps all down my arm only on my left arm. What could they be? They’ve been there for months now. I had a baby 10 months ago that probably doesn’t have anything to do with it but if anyone know what it could be please let me know. They kinda look like pimples under my skin or something. They won’t itch or anything either
