Can someone explain the numbers on my ultrasound?

Just got back from my first scan, shocked that I’m apparently 5+6, not 6+4! I was so surprised that I wanted to ask questions, you know? But the tech was... well not very friendly. 
The numbers up top read: 5.4cm/1.3/22Hz
I would love to know what they mean. Needless to say, I didn’t get to ask her that either 🙄

This was my 6 week scan. I was supposed to be 6w 4days but I’m showing 6 weeks here.
