Unsure what this means??

I went to the dr on Wednesday they did urine test which was negative(not surprised I was still 4 days before expected period) but I told the dr I had multiple positive first response early detection tests. So they did bloodwork and here’s what the diagnosis was

I want to ask the dr because I defiantly feel pregnant and am still getting positive test on first response but there closed today 😢 has anyone else got pregnancy at early stage Z34.90 before I’m hoping it means pregnant

Is this the only thing that shows up in your patient account? Like at my hospital/dr I can log into my chart and there is a section for results and it gives all the results to the tests I’ve taken. Like if they were checking for Hcg in my blood it would say Hcg and give the exact number level I have.

Those are all billing codes I think. So it’s in the notes so that the billing department knows what to charge the insurance for. Did they say when you could expect your blood draw results?
