Are these potatoes okay to eat?

They've been in the fridge for a bit... im pregnant so im kinda paranoid about what I eat.

Even soft potatoes are safe to eat. I assume you cook them, and not eating them raw. So these are safe.
Only thing to avoid is, when potato has been left to sunlight and has green spots on it. Green potato it is not safe anymore.

As long as they're not really soft they're ok you can just cut off the gross parts if you're worried about it, that's what I do!

Hi, I'm a professional chef.  You can just scoop out the eyes.  If they're soft when you squeeze them maybe toss them.  Otherwise they're fine.
