HELP! Weight loss and muscle gain

Hi everyone, this past year has been difficult for me, as I’m sure many can relate, when it comes to my health and fitness lifestyle. Before Covid, I was in a physically demanding sport in uni (which I decided to quit due to insecurity issues). It’s been a little over a year now since I’ve exercised, and I’ve gained about 30 lbs. I need help with my health and fitness, but i don’t know where to start. Does anyone have a good program I can follow, something not too expensive, preferably, but if it’s good and costly, I might consider it. I just want to learn how to take care of my body and apply my knowledge for the long run. My goals are to lose fat, gain muscle, and stay healthy. I’ve heard that Pilates is really good for the body, so if you know anything about it, I’d love to know! And weight training is also a huge desire of mine!
